We are known for our annual 2-day dealer technical summit and sales training event held at our corporate headquarters in County Durham. The conference is filled with sales training modules, Elkay product knowledge, networking opportunities and relationship building. We provide professional sales trainers to facilitate workshops and help you to identify new target customers so that you can grow your business.

Catering and nightly entertainment is provided by MIW. Past attendees have consistently cited this training and education conference as a pivotal event in their annual calendar, a valuable resource that helps them to build new relationships in the industry, increase their product knowledge and learn more about innovative sales techniques.

In addition to our industry leading training programmes, we are dedicated to customer service and support for our dealers. We carry a vast array of stock at our 15,000 square foot factory (located here in the UK) and we distribute our products throughout the UK and Europe. Not only do we offer a 12 month UK based warranty on parts, we can also arrange a same day dispatch from our extensive spare parts inventory. Our trained Elkay field engineers are here to offer you any technical support and back up that you may need – customer service that sets us apart from the rest.
